Accessibility Commitment (WCAG)
At ROL Solutions Ltd, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for its GovMetric CX and CaseTracker products, in line with the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Our goal is to ensure everyone, including the general public, can use our platforms with ease and confidence.

Who We're Talking About

In this statement, "general public" means any user who isn't part of the organization that purchased GovMetric CX or CaseTracker.

Our Focus on Accessibility

We focus on making GovMetric CX and CaseTracker accessible, especially for the general public, who may need more support. These sections are regularly audited by external experts (except for the CaseTracker public account interface). For our customers, any accessibility issues will be addressed as they arise, though not all will be reviewed by external auditors.

How We Ensure Compliance

Our approach to maintaining accessibility is proactive and thorough. We regularly test our software using:

-
Automated tools like Axe and Lighthouse
-
Manual testing by our QA and software engineers, including screen readers like NVDA
To ensure compliance, our development process includes these checks:

-
No new WCAG 2.2 AA violations are introduced.
-
All user interfaces are tested for WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, and any issues are either logged or fixed promptly.

Current Compliance Status

GovMetric CX and CaseTracker are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard.

Exemptions

In GovMetric CX, the word "Feedback" is displayed as an image because of our use of the Poppins font, which isn't widely supported across browsers. If this causes issues for your website, you can request an alternative version of the web snippet.

Areas Needing Improvement

We are aware that the following features aren't fully accessible yet, but we're committed to fixing issues as we identify them:

-
GovMetric CX Reporting
-
CaseTracker Staff Functions
-
CaseTracker public account interface (an optional interface for the public)
Given these are non-public parts and/or lesser used parts of the product, addressing them fully right now would place too much strain on our ability to develop new features. However, we will continue to address accessibility issues as they arise.

Accessibility Statement Preparation

This statement was first created on July 1, 2024, and is reviewed annually. The public-facing sections of GovMetric CX and CaseTracker have been externally audited for WCAG compliance by Ten10. Our next review is scheduled for July 1, 2024.

Need Help or Want to Report an Issue?

If you need accessibility support for GovMetric CX Reporting, CaseTracker Staff Functions, or the CaseTracker public account interface, contact our Customer Operations Team or log an issue through the GovMetric Customer Portal (available starting September 2024).

If you spot any accessibility issues in the parts of GovMetric CX or CaseTracker that are used by the general public, please reach out to the Customer Operations Team or log it via the Customer Portal (also available from September 2024).

Why AA?
AA addresses the key barriers that can prevent people from engaging with content. It’s the standard most companies aim for because it works—it ensures that websites, apps, and tools are accessible to the vast majority of users, including those with disabilities.

AAA compliance, while admirable, isn’t always practical. Some of its guidelines are incredibly specific, and not all content or design tools can support them. By focusing on AA, we can deliver what matters most: an accessible experience that works for everyone without adding unnecessary complexity.

What This Means for You
When we meet AA standards, we’re addressing the accessibility features most users need—without making trade-offs in functionality or usability. That means you get a product that’s inclusive, practical, and sustainable. It’s also what’s required by most global accessibility laws, giving you confidence in compliance.

Looking Ahead
We’re always thinking about ways to do more. While we focus on AA today, we’re constantly looking for opportunities to go beyond it where we can make a real difference.

Because in the end, it’s not about checking boxes—it’s about making sure your products and services connect with everyone. And that’s a goal we can all stand behind.
