Strengthening digital and people-centred support for SEND systems

Outcomes Matter Consulting has announced the relaunch of EHCP+ Innovations, a refreshed and expanded support offer to help local authorities improve the quality, timeliness, and experience of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The offer has been reshaped in direct response to feedback from local areas — with input from SEND professionals, digital leads, schools, health partners and parent carers.

Now relaunched in partnership with the team behind GovMetric, EHCP+ Innovations combines a rebuilt digital tool with practical, hands-on support designed around the realities of local systems.

The partnership with the team behind GovMetric has grown steadily across 2024 and 2025. Initially focused on EHCP+ Innovations programme insight and evaluation, the collaboration has evolved into a core delivery relationship — with the GovMetric team now providing the infrastructure and reporting dashboard behind EHCP+ Innovations.
